Job Description	As a Vested Interest Account manager, you will be part of a group that was established in 1992 and currently services approximately 650clients with over 230,000 participants, and assets totaling over $9.4 billion. Vested Interest is PNCs comprehensive retirement planning product that offers a comprehensive suite of investment, record keeping, and customized education services to both plan participants and plan sponsors. The Vested Interest Account Manager will provide superior customer service and ensure current client retention while maintaining compliance to government regulations, plan provisions, company and operational policies. The Account Manager will also represent PNC Bank in a professional, client contact role for defined contribution plans. You will use your knowledge to meet and collaborate with Plan Sponsors, attorneys and auditors, to ensure that companies adhere to clients and IRS/DOL requests and requirements. You will maintain regulatory compliance regulations by annually presenting the plans to a regulatory review committee consisting of management and senior management. You will also maintain current fee structure and future trust business by providing superior customer service to the current customer base. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Two to four years of related experience in benefits administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to comprehend accounting and financial statements. The ability to comprehend legal and federal regulatory documents. Act as a liaison between the customer and other services partners. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), or American Society of Pension Actuary's (ASPA). Knowledge of ERISA, and a basic understanding of investment/markets.
