Requirements	Candidates must be high energy, self-directed and a strategic thinker with the ability to understand and foresee market trends within the federal market to expand STV’s portfolio of world class and award winning projects. The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university and must be a licensed architect or engineer. A minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and designing facilities (ie. labs, higher education, and commercial) and a strong background in design with excellent skills delivering presentations as well as contract negotiation skills is required of all candidates. Experience managing projects in excess of $25 million construction costs is also a requirement. Experience working with federal agencies, specifically the Department of Defense or the Department of Homeland Security, is an absolute must. Travel up to 25% will be required. Proficiency with BIM software and a LEED Certification is highly desired.
