Weld Technician is responsible for cutting and joining various types of metals and materials for locomotive components. You will operate appropriate equipment to construct mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Test and diagnose all electrical/mechanical systems on locomotives, including sub assemblies. Troubleshoot and repair any defects found during testing. Accurately record data into testing reports.
