Job Summary:
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years clinical therapist experience meeting requirements of Level 2 responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment. A minimum of 5 years experience as a therapist is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Must be proficient at all OT level 2 competencies, maintain productivity level (except when working on special projects) and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. Demonstrates leadership qualities.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:WI state license as a Occupational Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
